Event Policies:

Applications close on Friday, October 16, 2026 with notifications of acceptance being released by October 21, 2026. Please note we are not automatically accepting on a first-come first-serve basis this year to ensure we have a variety of vendors. Payment for booths will be due by October 30th. Booths not paid for by October 30th will be released for vendors on the waitlist. Refunds: Once you have been accepted to the show and your payment received, there will be no refunds offered for any reason. Setup: All vendors are required to provide their own table(s) and chair(s). The Hanover Club does not provide these items. Vendors are expected to set up exclusively within their assigned space and not infringe upon fellow vendors, walkways or exits. Electricity: Please note electricity is available on a very limited basis and not guaranteed. Vendors are responsible for power strips and extension cords. Raffle Item: Participating vendors are required to provide the Hanover Club with an item with a value of $25 or more that will be raffled off during the event with your business name announced. Please be prepared to provide upon check-in, prior to booth setup. Food: Vendors selling food items must identify this on their application, as all food vendors will be assigned to the cafeteria. School Facilities: We have rented the space of the gym and cafeteria for this event. We cannot use other areas of the school, including the kitchen. Breakdown: Out of respect to your fellow vendors and as a safety precaution, vendors cannot break down early and are expected to remain set up throughout the entire event. Vendors must pack up their booths and exit the school by 4pm.
